The service and its operator

Marblossi is a Colossi World game operated by Tiki Techa LLC under the TIKI TECHA brand. These terms apply when you access or use the current Marblossi beta and relaunch service. For help, contact goldenhopmarblerace@gmail.com.

The public iPhone and Android relaunch is coming soon. These terms do not announce a public store release.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in details and account access secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, abuse other players or the service, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or tamper with the game, its systems or its data. Do not share passwords or verification codes with anyone claiming to provide support.

Online and offline play

Online features need an internet connection. Free Offline practice is available without spending stamina and does not earn progression rewards. Availability of particular features can depend on the current beta, platform and service state.

In-game items and purchases

Gold, cosmetics and other digital items are for use in the game. They have no cash redemption or prize value. They are not money and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.

Purchases are available only where offered. These terms describe optional offers when available; they do not announce active production purchasing. The exact offer, price and any renewal terms are shown before purchase. A monthly membership, where offered, provides unlimited stamina while eligible, plus 1,100 Gold per qualifying paid period. The specific offer presented at purchase controls its eligibility and period.

Marblossi Season 0 is free. There is no paid season pass, and no Season 0 end date has been announced.

Cancellation, refunds and revocation follow the purchase provider's policies and transaction or entitlement state, together with applicable consumer rights. To manage a store subscription, use the applicable official account page:

• Google Play subscriptions
• Apple subscriptions (for iOS, when offered)

For purchase help, contact support with the order reference and store or provider. Do not email full card details. Earlier web purchases may be discussed with support using the order reference.

Account deletion and consumer rights

You can request account deletion using our Delete account instructions. Uninstalling the game does not itself submit a deletion request. Deletion or uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions and does not automatically refund purchases.

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that apply to you.
