Who is responsible

Marblossi is a game from the Colossi World by TIKI TECHA. The operator is Tiki Techa LLC. For privacy questions or requests, contact goldenhopmarblerace@gmail.com.

This notice describes the current Marblossi beta and relaunch experience. It does not describe older Golden Hop advertising or imply that every feature or store release is currently available.

Information we use

• Account and sign-in: account identifiers; sign-in email and provider; profile name and, where supplied by Google, profile image. We also use player names you choose.
• Game and social activity: cloud saves, match actions, rooms, friends and invitations; selected cosmetics; XP, achievements, Season 0 progress, stamina and in-game currency.
• Purchases: purchase provider references and purchase status. The relevant store or payment provider handles card numbers; we do not receive card numbers.
• Service operation and safety: service and security requests, errors, timestamps and technical information associated with operating and protecting the game.
• Support: information you choose to include in correspondence with us, such as account details, an order reference or a description of a problem.
• Optional website signup: if you sign up for beta or release email, the signup stores your email address, selected language and consent in Replit. You can withdraw consent by emailing us.
• On your device: offline saves and preferences may be stored locally on the device.

How information is used and shared

We use information to provide sign-in and gameplay, keep cloud saves, connect players, support purchases, respond to requests, maintain and secure the service, and understand service errors. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-company advertising tracking.

Other players may see the player name, avatar, color and cosmetics you choose, along with shared match information. Private hands of cards are not shown to other players. When you choose to export or share a results image, that image can include match information you chose to share.

The current website sends new-signup alerts to our studio using Gmail/Google. Your optional signup details are used for beta and release contact. Signing up does not guarantee beta access, and you can withdraw consent by emailing us.

Service providers and international processing

Depending on the feature and platform, service information is processed using Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database and backend services, and App Check. Apple sign-in, Apple App Attest and iOS purchases apply when those features are offered. Google Play processes Android purchases. Providers may process information in countries other than where you live.

Existing web purchases may involve Stripe. There is no new browser checkout enabled. Stores and payment providers handle payment card details; we receive provider references and transaction status rather than card numbers.

Retention and account deletion

You may request account deletion using the instructions on our Delete account page. After we verify the request and complete the cleanup, gameplay, profile, friends and sign-in account data are removed. Where shared matches need to remain available to other players, identity in those retained shared matches is anonymized so their records can remain.

Deleted data may remain in existing backups for up to seven days. Apart from those backups and anonymized shared matches, we retain only purchase and anti-fraud records necessary to handle refunds, disputes or legal obligations, with access restricted to operations. There is no fixed retention period stated for those necessary records. Offline saves stored on your device are not removed by server-side account deletion and must be removed separately from that device.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information, and exercise other rights available under applicable local law, by contacting us at goldenhopmarblerace@gmail.com. To withdraw from optional website signup email, write to the same address. A clear request starts a support process; it is not an automated deletion action.

Marblossi is intended for teens and adults. Please do not send passwords, sign-in verification codes or full payment card details in a support email.

Security and updates

We use service and security information to help protect Marblossi, but no method of transmission or storage can be described as absolutely secure. We may update this notice as the beta and relaunch service changes. The date above identifies this version.
